I provide individual, couples and family counseling services in my West Palm Beach and Boca Raton offices. For established patients, I can supplement our in-office therapeutic work with virtual counseling sessions.
My primary modalities include Emotionally Focused therapy, Person-Centered therapy, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. Additionally, I am trained in brainspotting, a treatment method that works by identifying, processing, and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/ body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other symptoms.

As an Emotionally Focused Couples and Family Therapist, I help partners and family members better understand emotions and take control of negative patterns in their relationships that fuel disconnection and conflict. Without a secure attachment with a partner or family member(s), our mental health is at risk. Through the Emotionally Focused therapeutic process, you can have the comfort of a secure loving bond return within your relationship with a partner or family member. If you choose to participate in this type of therapy with a partner or family member, a key focus will be in developing new ways to listen and stay attuned to another’s emotions and discover more productive ways to respond to various emotional situations and triggers.
